First session which is your intro session and is divided in to three parts:
- Consultation – here we go through your goals in depth and go through your exercise and medical history. A PAR-Q form and an agreement between you and me as your trainer needs to be signed. Nutritional requirements will also be discussed here.
- Measurements – Dependent on your goals, you will find out your body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat, hydration levels, and your BMR. Additionally, measurements can be taken using a tape measurer to see progress on fat loss, or muscle mass increases.
- Training – Lastly, is the exercising part. You will go through standard exercises with me so I can determine where your starting point is and see if you have any muscular imbalances.
